Francisca Ponce da Silva e Sousa,  was born in Lisbon (1991), grew up in Portugal and around the world. Currently living between Lisbon and Mexico City.

Her passion for the arts in general led her to the study Fine Arts where she graduated in Multimedia Art and Audiovisuals.

Her professional career has essentially passed through the advertising industry, performing functions as a film director and editor.

The moving image is at the center of her way of feeling, thinking and communicating, with all possible shapes, colors and details. This was the impulse that made me discover and incessantly feed the passion I have for cinema and video art.
